San Cristobal Island an Animal Paradise in Galápagos

July 7, 2015

I was lucky to have 12 days in animal paradise in Galápagos. Watching fearless wildlife, sea lions sleeping on the bench on the street, on the stairs. Marina Iguana just chilling on the beach and Blue Footed boobies having a break on the malecon. A normal day in animal paradise, a best day experience for an animal lover that is fascinated by this animal paradise.

It is just incredible to see how fearless the animals are for humans. Watching some of the world´s rarest animals so easily and so close is truly a paradise and a great experience.  Where ever walking on the island, I was surrounded by animals. So fascinating and so peaceful.

What I love about animals is that they are still being animals and just enjoying life. Sea lions are actually sleeping a whole day on the bench before they are having playtime with their friends. Not so much stress going on there. If they only knew that their animal paradise Galápagos was in danger. That there island and paradise has a possibility to get covered with giant hotels and big golf courses. There would be panic. The animals can’t speak, so I hope the world are awaking and taking action ->SOS Galapagos and protect the animal paradise to maintain for the future.

Nydelige bilder!

Forgetting your phone is easy in Cuba. Forgetting time is easy in Cuba. It’s complicated to let go of the challenge of life, like some places do not have electricity and cellphone service, and gasoline is more challenging than ever and som have very little. However food is always here, as long you are a tourist and can buy food. If you are inventing new recipes you are also good. #cuba #cubatravel #cubaporlavida #travelcuba #cubatrip #havana

Cuba nos vemos pronto 🇨🇺 The Last time we sa Cuba nos vemos pronto 🇨🇺 The Last time we saw each other was in 2023, and the first time was in 2019, right before COVID-19 and the island was closed down. I have always been fascinated by Cuba. It is a place where you become much more aware of how much you have and how lucky you are with all your things. It teaches you to be happy about simpler things, it teaches you to be present, and most of all, to go with the flow. Traveling to Cuba is different but beautiful. #cuba #visitcuba #havana #cubatravel #meaningfultravel
