Machu Picchu in Pictures

May 15, 2015

After been looking at others pictures of Machu Picchu, it was finally time to have my own pictures of this incredible place. As voted as one of the New Seven Wonders of the world and a UNESCO world heritage site in 1938, you don’t wanna miss it when you are in Peru. It is a once in a lifetime experience. It was amazing, especially to walk around and see the accuracy and precision the Inca people put in to their constructions. I was just amazed by the place.

Dreams don´t work unless you do.

I made it to Machu Picchu!

I meet this handsome guy … He was busy, on to the next!

Big thanks to Felix and Conrado for taking me on the road to Machu Picchu. It was a crazy adventure. More about that in: Travel to Machu Picchu. Felix and Conrado were so lucky that they claimed Huayna Picchu, had an amazing day as well.

You seen so many pictures of Machu Picchu, and you wonder is it gonna be as good as people are telling you? I would say yes, I was fascinated by the place. It´s incredible architecture, that didn’t leave anything up for the contingency. Everything has purpose, and the Machu Picchu site are accomplished so well. It was a dream come true for me. I’m so happy I did it.

That is so interesting, did you find your spot?

I had mine spot, ended up looking at your spot.

This guy in the pictures are trying to find a very accurate spot, to take his pictures. Because he has a picture of this famous guy – travel blogger that had his pictures taken in special position for 20 years ago in Machu Picchu, now this guy wants to recreate the picture. In the end he did get the picture, he was so happy. I wish I had bought of the pictures so we could see the result. It was a good story.

What an amazing thing! I ran into my two good friends from Buenos Aires. Jenny & Gavin couple with so much fun and joy in life. Always enjoying hanging out with them. So funny that we were in Machu Picchu the same day together (especially since I changed my travel plan in the last-minute, because I wanted to travel to Machu Picchu with Felix and Conrado the guys from my hostel and not travel alone). Jenny & Gavin is the best Surprise in Peru, so far. We enjoyed so much our day in Machu Picchu. We had shitloads of selfies and mandatory Machu Picchu pictures. My day in Machu Picchu was really good, I´m so lucky.

Gos tur videre!

Forgetting your phone is easy in Cuba. Forgetting time is easy in Cuba. It’s complicated to let go of the challenge of life, like some places do not have electricity and cellphone service, and gasoline is more challenging than ever and som have very little. However food is always here, as long you are a tourist and can buy food. If you are inventing new recipes you are also good. #cuba #cubatravel #cubaporlavida #travelcuba #cubatrip #havana

It teaches you to be happy about simpler things, it teaches you to be present, and most of all, to go with the flow.
